Open source: Italy should consider much more of it

Italy pays 5 billion euro in licenses for proprietary software. Open source software is not only about saving those euro. Francesco Sacco, professor at Università Bocconi and Insubria, and Mimmo Cosenza, speak out about it (in Italian).
