Italian mp wants to smoke in the taxi and...

There was an Italian member of Parliament. He got into a taxi smoking his sigar. The taxi driver asked him to stop. He answered: «I pay and I smoke».

The taxi driver, who later told me the story, refused to bring him to the airport. The member of Parliament called the police. The police ordered the taxi driver to bring the politician to the airport. The taxi driver refused. The polices threatened him to take away his license. He refused again. The police seemed to be angry but started to lose time. The politician got bored and found another way to go to the airport. The police smiling and laughing left free the taxi driver.

The taxi driver and the police were from Rome. The member of Parliament was from the North of Italy. He thought to have a power that he didn't have.

Rome is ancient. New parties don't understand exactly what this means...
